Developers

Developers can be confident that Newton has the people and experience to deliver the product to the purchaser in a timeous and efficient manner. Our property managers work closely with developers at time of handover of developments for maintenance by the co-owners to ensure all issues are ironed out to minimise the administrative burden on the developers. We pride ourselves in the level of communication with new owners at handover to ensure a smooth ride for both developer and purchaser.

What is Factoring?

Factors are professional property managers who assist owners with looking after all common elements of a building or development grounds. Factors liaise with owners, assist owners to organise maintenance and repairs, and recover expenditure. Newton are continually adapting and refining  procedures to adapt to the increasingly high specification of modern developments. We are remunerated by a management fee which is levied against factors bills issued to property owners.
