Our team is headed up by Managing Director Stephen O’Neill, Director of Residential Letting and Derek MacDonald, Director of Residential Factoring and Commercial Management. Our directors are actively involved on a daily basis working directly with clients and our specialist property teams.

Led by Stephen O’Neill, who has been a stalwart of the residential property business in Scotland for over twenty years, he brings a flair to the letting business which is often hard to compare. Residential Property Factor Team

Our property managers are professionally trained in the factoring discipline. The manager deals with all aspects of the common property from repairs to billing and insurances. The manager is the data base for the property and over the years will accumulate a vast and detailed knowledge to the clients benefit.
