Our property managers work closely with developers at time of handover of developments for maintenance by the co-owners to ensure all issues are ironed out to minimise the administrative burden on the developers. What is Factoring?
Factors are professional property managers who look after all common elements of a building or development grounds, liaise with owners, organise maintenance and repairs, and recover expenditure. Newton are continually adapting and refining common services to adapt to the increasingly high specification of modern developments. We are renumerated by a management fee which is levied against factors bills issued to property owners.
